Brian Sint Jago started working at Gloria Building – department PF Chang’s since the opening of Gloria on November 19, 2020, in the function of: WOK COOK.

Brian has been trained for some time already and recently he was promoted to Chef de Partie.

With great pride we present Brian Sint Jago as PF Chang’s latest addition to the Culinary Leader Team. Always punctual to the dot, executing the recipes to perfection now Brian is also certified in the Food Safety Principles!
