Changes in Management

I wanted to inform you that, for family reasons, Peter Bommel has decided to return to the Netherlands as of March 1. 2022. We regret his decision but are pleased that Peter will stay connected as an advisor to MetaCorp. We thank Peter for all his contributions and his friendship.

The Supervisory Board met last week and after due deliberation and consideration decided to appoint Eddie de Veer to succeed Peter Bommel as CEO of MetaCorp International N.V. effective January 1, 2022. Eddie is well prepared to take over this important position as the enterprise is poised to grow and expand. As you all know, earlier he already server as CEO of MetaCorp Aruba and will also get the ultimate responsibility for the entire MetaCorp group, which includes the investments held by MetaCorp Investments N.V.
