The island and our company will face tough times due to the consequences of the Coronavirus. Countries all around the world are dealing with a massive impact on the economy and the health system already. At the same time, our tourism sector is starting to feel the first repercussions.

Let me be clear to say that the virus and economic impact on Aruba will not be a reason to dismiss any of our full-time employees. We have gone through similar situations before and we have surpassed them. We will pull together - for us, our families and our community. We will fight the coming crisis together - be it that each of us must be more flexible or do other work than they normally do. Immediate measurements are the following:

• Management will work to reduce vacation as needed,

• Overtime, where necessary, will be compensated with time back,

• Incentives will be discontinued,

• Our focus will be on maintenance, cleaning, painting and other such tasks.

We will get through this together.
