I feel reassured to know that all subsidiaries have already been taking measurements to narrow down possibilities for the Covid-19 virus to spread.

We as a company and community are responsible for ourselves and, also for each other, so herewith I would like to take the opportunity to confirm the contribution we make to limit the virus spread.

Business travels

• Planned business travels must be reported to MetaCorp. All business travels are reconsidered and evaluated internally.

• All business travels require a 14-days self-quarantine upon return.

Private travels

• Report any upcoming private travels during your vacation to your manager and discuss further.

• Upon return from your vacation, we ask you to put yourself in a 14-days self­ quarantine.

Feeling sick

• If you and/or a direct family member feel sick, report to your manager and put yourself in agreement with your manager in a 14-days self-quarantine

• If you show any sign of fever, coughing or shortness of breath, report to your manager, human resource, and call the medical professional's hotline right away at 280-0101 to receive medical advice.

General

• Avoid gatherings with a lot of people. Especially upcoming holidays and celebrations are a risk for you.

• Follow the hygiene rules provided by the Directie Volksgezondheid DVG Aruba provided at your workplace.
