Update - Covid-19

The last week has shown a first sign of a bright light at the end of the coronavirus tunnel: the Government's measures to flatten the curve by adhering to the shelter-­in-place, curfew and social distancing are showing to be effective. The number of known positive cases has been stable for days while active cases are dropping. However, we must still stay the course and remain careful in everything we do.

The Government has announced that they will shorten the curfew, extend opening hours and carefully attempt to reopen the economy, sector by sector, every two weeks if possible. Companies will be able to apply to go back to business, provided they themselves enforce social distancing and hygiene. Our priority is that you, our employees, as well as our customers, are safe at all times. The Government has also announced that they will do their best to support qualifying companies by subsidizing salaries. Our intention is to apply for these subsidies and make every possible effort to support you.

There is still a long way to go before the island's economy and our company are fully recovered, I am glad that the first positive signs are now there and that we are on the right path to surpass this crisis. We might have to endure some more setbacks along the way, but with your continuous dedication and the current developments we can be hopeful to bounce back on our feet in the near future.
