‘For this month we proudly present Eneida Hernandez as the employee of the month. Eneida is always the first to arrive and last to leave and has the curiosity to always grow and perfect her job. Eneida started as dishwasher but is now working in the ’Dim Sum’ station; prepping all ingredients and hand-folding the beautiful wontons, dumplings, eggrolls and springrolls every day from scratch with all her passion and dedication.
