Plant Mechanic

Tropical Bottling Co. of Aruba N.V./ Brouwerij Nacional Balashi N.V. is looking for candidates for the following position:

Production Line Operator

Function Description:

Plant Mechanic provides competent and effective maintenance support to plant operations. Identify, troubleshoot, and repair problems in mechanical systems within production equipment’s and processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- EPI or (MTS) ( Werktuig Bouwkunde) Diploma.

- Good Mechanical Maintenance Skill and knowledge.

- Minimum 5-year experience in a relevant field position

- Be a good team player, motivated and reliable.

- Able to work independent and with a goal-oriented attitude

- Good verbal & written communication skills in Papiamento, English and Dutch

- Able to work flexible hours.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily set-ups, adjustments, and maintenance of the Bottling Machinery.

• Performs preventive maintenance on all mechanical systems and equipment; this includes disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and calibration. Provides feedback to Planner on preventive maintenance changes.

• Perform installation and set-up of new bottling machinery systems as required.

• Repairs and maintains the operating condition of production equipment, including reassembly of parts after completion of repair, testing, or inspection

• Help to maintain proper machine functionality to increase reliability and operational uptime.

• Maintains a safe work environment and adheres to the safety policies and Company guidelines.
