If you are planning to travel abroad, you will need to report to your manager before your travel date. Your Manager will inform the HR coordinator of your travel plans. We will then register you on the list of travelers.
Please be informed that upon your arrival to Aruba from any country that falls under the dark orange or red level risk assessment, you will need to take the COVID19 test (refer to the map below). A negative test means you are allowed to come to work. If you choose not to take the test, we ask you to self-quarantine for 14 days.
The total days that you are in quarantine will be deducted from your vacation balance. If you do not have the necessary balance available, then there will be no pay for such period. We are complying with the SVB regulations, so if you are travelling to a place that has COVID19 positive cases, SVB will not cover the days that you are in quarantine.
Don’t hesitate to approach your manager or your HR department, if you have any further questions.
