Update - Covid-19

Thank you for your collaboration in adapting to the installed measures. With the first two deaths on the island due to Covid-19, the past week has shown us that we have to stand together as one to overcome these difficult times. lt confirms how necessary it is to follow our Government's advice to flatten the curve by adhering to the shelter-in-place, curfew, social distancing and safety measures within our company. I would also like to thank you for your unlimited cooperation and flexibility by supporting other subsidiaries or working from home.

Challenges like these prove how fortunate we are with such a great team. Together we will jump right back into high gear and be successful again. Ensuring your health and preserving jobs are our top priorities. We will evaluate what additional steps we need to take over the next few months to overcome this difficult situation together. From the hotel industry we hear that recovery will be slow and hotel occupancies are expected to be at 55% by December. Let's hope the recovery will be stronger.

Keep up the good work and take care of each other and your families. With the loyalty, and commitment you have shown, we will be able to rise to the occasion and lead in the 'new normal', once this crisis is over.
